Each of our shopping assignments contains step by step instructions for successfully performing your shop. We also have a dedicated Account Manager assigned to each client who is available either by phone or email for any additional questions or concerns that arise. If you are interested in applying for any of our mystery shops, please make sure that you are registered with us and have created your shopper profile.
After login/sign-up, you can read about available mystery shops in your area and enter your applications for the shops you are interested in directly on our Job Board. (If you cannot click on the web address, please type it into the address bar.)
New mystery shops are continually added to the Job Board. Registered shoppers who have not opted out will receive an email when shops are posted in their area. In addition to the email postings, shoppers can log into the system at any time and search our job board for available shops. Once you have applied for a shop, a notification will be sent via email confirming that the shop has been assigned to you or explaining that it was assigned to another shopper. Once assigned a shop, your shop log holds all the information needed including the start date, due date, location address, instructions, survey and pay amount. It is imperative that you thoroughly review all information prior to completing an assignment.
Once you have completed your assignment, your shop will be reviewed by one of our Quality Control Editors. Our Editors will evaluate your shop and offer positive feedback to you regarding areas of improvement if necessary. Once your shop has passed our Quality Control department, your shop will be released for payment.
The best part of mystery shopping is getting paid! Pinnacle’s payment schedule runs as follows; any shop completed before the 20th of this month will be paid on the 10th of next month, while any shop that is completed after the 20th of this month will be paid on the 10th of the month following the next.
